BIAS - a multifunction building concept located on the main street of Dnipro City, Ukraine.

Two simple separated volumes for offices and apartments respectively are combined in one minimalistic complex. Several displacements are used to make the building balancing with the slope of the street and to bring more lightness to the building and space around.
